Who will be El Paso’s next mayor?
On Saturday, Dec. 14, voters in the city of El Paso will cast the final ballots in the 2024 runoff election to decide key leadership positions in the city. Polls are open until 7 p.m. and voters can cast their ballot at any of the city’s vote centers.
The mayoral runoff pits businessman Renard Johnson against city Rep. Brian Kennedy, while five city representative seats will also be on the ballot: Districts 1, 3, 4, 5 and 7. A municipal court judge seat is also on the ballot.
Local election results will be posted here at El Paso Matters starting at 7 p.m. MT. Check back often as Election Day votes are counted.
