KTSM News – 9-Day Forecast: Dreaming of a warm Christmas

Posted on December 18, 2024

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Christmas Day is officially one week away, and temperatures are leaning toward mild to warm for the week leading up to the holiday.

A cold front that arrived this morning dropped temperatures into the lower 60s and will produce a low in the upper 30s. High temperatures will bounce back to the mid-60s for the next few days and remain there until Wednesday when highs will be near 70 degrees.

Lows over this next week will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s. Conditions will primarily be quiet and calm with light breezes and mostly sunny skies.

Traveling in and out of El Paso should be no issue given there will be little to no precipitation – making the skies and roads clear for the holiday rush.

Enjoy the rest of your day and the slightly cooler weather!
