EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso Fire quickly put out a house fire Monday evening, Dec. 23 in El Paso’s Lower Valley in what has been a busy day for local firefighters.
El Paso Fire responded to a Condition 2 house fire with visible smoke and flames along the 7800 block of La Grange Court. The call came in at 5:18 p.m. and it was out by 5:38 p.m., a Fire Department spokesman said.
The structure was a single-story family home and it was vacant, the spokesman said.
There were no injuries.
Investigators will look into what caused the fire.
Earlier, El Paso Fire spent several hours battling a structure fire at East Fourth Avenue and South Cotton Street in South-Central El Paso. The call for that fire came in around 3 a.m. and the fire was under control at about 6:15 a.m. There were no injuries or transports from that fire.
