EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 49-year-old man was arrested on several active personal recognizance bond revocation warrants for intoxication manslaughter and other related charges on Tuesday, Jan. 21, in far East El Paso, according to the El Paso County Constable’s Office Precinct Three.
The Constable’s Office says Arturo Caballero, 49, was taken into custody at the 12300 block of Tierra Laguna for intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle, intoxicated manslaughter with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, accident involving death and manslaughter.
Caballero was booked into the El Paso County Jail under a $100,000 bond.
