EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – A 30-year-old woman was arrested on Wednesday, Jan. 22, for intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury, the El Paso County Constable Office Precinct Three announced in a news release.
The Constable Office Precinct Three said deputies received information of an active personal
recognizance bond revocation warrant for Ashley Michelle Aguilar, 30, for intoxication assault with a vehicle causing serious bodily injury with a $100,000 bond.
Aguilar was taken into custody at the 1700 block of Sidesaddle and booked into the El Paso County Jail with no further incident, the Constable Office Precinct Three said.
