EL PASO, Texas (KSTM) — Happy Sunday, El Paso! Whether you’re watching the Super Bowl or just taking in the calm conditions, I hope you’re enjoying the warmer temperatures. Sunday is our last buffer day before active weather returns to the region.
Monday, we are expecting a high near 76 with a low around 48. Winds will pick up speed coming from the west at around 10-15 mph. Windy conditions persist through Wednesday, with gusts reaching up to 30 mph and blowing dust a strong possibility. Tuesday’s high will be near 74, Wednesday’s high about 10 degrees cooler at 64.
Thursday’s high is closer to average with temperatures around 63 before the Sun City warms back up to the low 70s for Valentine’s Day.
A slight chance of rain showers is expected for Saturday along with a high near 64. The following days, we will see a gradual warm up to the low 70s as conditions begin to quiet down again.
