EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.










James Eugene Garner: Age 42; 5-foot-10; 200 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled substances by the U.S. Marshals Service; no bond.
Dannia Catzin Gonzalez: Age 26; 5-foot-6; 308 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of property by El Paso Police; $10,000 bond.
Michael Luis Uranga: Age 30; 5-foot-9; 145 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of property by El Paso Police; no bond.
Armando Orta: Age 60; 6 feet; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for criminal sexual penetration of a minor by the U.S. Marshals Service; $150,000 bond.
Anthony Suzuki: Age 28; 5-foot-6; 150 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for unlawful carrying a weapon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon by the Texas Department of Public Safety; $50,000 bond.

Erik Cruz: Age 32; 5-foot-10; 140 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for manslaughter; $100,000 bond.
Carlos Eduardo Rios: Age 34; 5-foot-5; 125 pounds; brown hair and hazel eyes; wanted for fail to comply sex offenders’ duty to register for life/90 days; $50,000 bond.
Matthew Valdez: Age 25; 5-foot-3; 180 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age; no bond.
Nicholas Ramos: Age 41; 5-foot-8; 220 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more IAT; $100,000 bond.
Hector Perez: Age 56; 5-foot-6; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more; $75,000 bond.
