EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy marathon weekend, El Paso! If you’re running in Sunday’s race the odds are in your favor weather-wise as we are forecasting a cool morning with calm breezes.
If you’re not a runner, Sunday is still looking good overall with a high near 72 and low around 38.
Winds pick up slight speed on Monday, but sunny skies will be the main theme. We’ll see a high near 80 with a low near 39.
Tuesday is set to be the warmest day of the week with a high near 82 and low around 49. Similar conditions are expected Wednesday before a weak cold front enters the system, dropping temperatures into the mid-70s on Thursday. Mostly cloudy skies will be present along with stronger winds.
Temperatures slightly increase on Friday to well above average in the upper 70s before cooling down once again to the upper 60s for Saturday. We’ll stay in that range to close out the weekend.
