EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A person was taken into custody after El Paso Police’s SWAT team responded to a barricaded subject early Tuesday morning, Feb. 25, in East El Paso.
Police say they received the initial call just after 11 p.m. Monday, Feb. 24, regarding domestic violence in progress with a weapon at a home on the 12700 block of Lorenzo Frias.
Police then sent out an alert to media just before 3 a.m. Tuesday, stating that El Paso Police’s SWAT team was being requested at the scene due to a barricaded subject.
A person was then taken into custody, according to police.
