EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The City of Las Cruces’ inspector general will be the guest speaker during the next Bridging the Badge livestream.
Charles T. Tucker Jr., the City’s inspector general, will be the guest speaker at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 18.
The livestream can be viewed on the Las Cruces Police Department’s Facebook page and on the City of Las Cruces’ YouTube channel.
Tucker’s primary focus as inspector general is investigating complaints of fraud, waste and abuse of City resources. The IG is authorized to investigate municipal matters that involve elected or appointed officials, City employees, municipal agencies, contractors and other parties doing business with the City or receiving City funds, the City of Las Cruces said in its news release.
