EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The hotline for the Emergence Health Network was down for hours on Tuesday, March 18, but the number returned to service by dinner time.
The outage was not weather-related, officials with Emergence said. What was happening was calls were going through and then being dropped.
For several hours, people needed to reach out to the lifeline number — 988 — to get help.
The regular crisis hotline number — (915) 779-1800 — is now working, officials said.
