The term “crazy” has fallen out of favor, in some circles, as a way to describe almost anything. But in Mineral Wells, a small town an hour west of Fort Worth, “the Crazy” is a loving nickname for the Crazy Water Hotel, a property built atop calcium-, magnesium-, potassium-, and lithium-rich waters that has stood through four wars, two economic depressions, and constantly changing American travel habits.
