EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul and the Queen of Peace Catholic Church Conference is holding a free community health and wellness fair and blood drive.
The event will be going on until 4 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, at Queen of Peace Catholic Church, located at 1551 Belvidere St. The opening ceremony kicks off at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. Allan Alaka providing prayers and remarks to the community.

According to the news release by the Queen of Peace Church, the event will have over 50 health care vendors with a variety of free health screenings, Covid-19 and flu vaccinations and more.
Vitalant Blood Services will have their “Bloodmobile” unit that will be taking blood donations from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

In addition to the vendors, the Knights of Columbus and the Catholic Daughters of Americas will be selling hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos and healthy snacks after Mass.
