EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two people were hurt in a crash Saturday afternoon, April 12 along Interstate 10 in Central El Paso, a Fire Department spokesperson said.
I-10 West after Chelsea is closed, according to the Texas Department of Transportation. Police have all traffic exiting at the Paisano/Chelsea Exit 23B. Back-up is reported to Airway.
A Fire Department spokesman said one person was transported via helicopter, while another person was transported Code 1 (minor) via ambulance.
The Fire spokesman said two vehicles were involved in the crash.
Police confirm that they are on the scene and all westbound lanes are closed. The crash happend just before 4 p.m., both police and fire said.
