EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was hit by a car late Monday night, April 14 in Central El Paso.
El Paso Police said the crash happened just before 11 p.m. Monday on Cliff and Mesa and its Special Traffic Investigations Unit is responding to the scene.
TxDOT is reporting that all lanes in the area are closed.
