The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Isaac Gonzalez: Age 32; 5-foot-8; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a peace officer or judge, resisting arrest search or transportation and interference with public duties; $15,000 bond.
Jonathan Uriel Arredondo-Ortiz: Age 26; 5-foot-11; 175 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register life/annually; $50,000 bond.
Emmanuel Cervantes: Age 41; 5-foot-6; 215 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for insurance fraud; $75,000 bond.
Jonathan Resendez: Age 35; 5-foot-5; 170 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation and theft of property with two or more previous convictions; no bond.
Julio Ramirez: Age 44; 5-foot-9; 218 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for pre-revocation warrant; no bond.

Pablo Prieto: Age 26; 6-foot-1; 204 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for smuggling of persons and smuggling of persons under the age of 18; $200,000 bond.
Alfredo Tellez Jr.: Age 32; -foot-9; 150 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a peace officer or judge; $100,000 bond.
Icee Silvana Veloz: Age 31; 5-foot-7; 180 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for robbery; no bond.
Albert Agustin Carreon: Age 20; 5-foot-7; 155 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a family/house member, impede breath/circulation; $101,000 bond.
Oscar Herrera: Age 34; 5-foot-11; 191 pounds; brown hair and green eyes; wanted for assault of a family/house member, impede breath/circulation, and sexual assault; no bond.
