City Ordinance No. 017880 was approved by City Council on September 18, 2012. It authorized the City Manager to sign a lease for the Ballpark with MountainStar Sports Group.
The Lease was amended on June 18, 2013 and amended a second time on October 16, 2018.
We have appended below the Ordinance, Lease, and both Amendments as a testament to Joyce Wilson and a permanent record of the worst deal the City of El Paso ever signed.
