El Paso Taxpayer Revolt – FOSTER’S “MILLION AIR” PRIVATE JET TERMINAL

Posted on April 23, 2025

Early this morning our Chief Instigator flew out of ELP and shot this picture of the new “Million Air” private jet terminal while taxiing to the runway.

In 2020, Paul Foster invested at least $12 million for the construction of the terminal, with the City agreeing to spend $1.1 million for a taxi ramp connecting it to the main taxiway, a portion of which was subsidized by a federal grant.

Foster told Vic Kolenc of the El Paso Times: “I think it’s something El Paso will be proud of. If you fly here privately, you’re going to go ‘Wow, that’s nice.’ That’s what you’re going to remember about El Paso.”
