From Mexico’s national media outlet Milenio.com:

Alejandra de la Vega, propietaria de los Bravos de Juárez, ha confirmado uno de los proyectos más ambiciosos en la historia del equipo: la creación de un estadio binacional, cuya cancha esté en México y en Estados Unidos.

In other words:

Alejandra de la Vega, proprietress of Los Bravos de Juárez, has confirmed one of the most ambitious projects in the history of the team: the creation of a bi-national stadium, whose playing field will be in Mexico and the United States.

Whoa. That’s an ambitious project.

I guess that answers all you need to know about MountainStar’s plans for a cancha de futbol.

Maybe it’ll be like that airport in Tijuana, where you can enter from the United States. I suppose that when you leave you’ll have to exit the stadium into Mexico, and re-enter the U.S. via the ports of entry.

We’ll see how that whole bi-national stadium project turns out.
