EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.










Criminal Justice Coordination Department
Gunther Jason Otto: Age 39; 5-foot-11; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; $25,000 bond.
Evans Bradley Walker: Age 46; 6-foot-3; 275 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for unlawful carry of a weapon with felony conviction and deadly conduct discharge of firearm; no bond.
El Paso Police Department
Enrique Nunez: Age 38; 5-foot-9; 186 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; no bond.
Jonathan Uriel Arredondo-Ortiz: Age 26; 5-foot-11; 175 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register life/annually; $50,000 bond.
Jeremy Horn: Age 32; 5-foot-8; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity; $35,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Destiny Lilia Ogaz: Age 26; 5-foot-5; 179 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for abandon endanger of a child with intent to return; no bond.
Carlos Hermosillo: Age 36; 6-foot-1; 300 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation; no bond.
Jonathan Resendez: Age 35; 5-foot-5; 170 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault with intent/reck breath/circulation of a family member with previous IAT; no bond.
Jose Austin Abascal: Age 67; 5-foot-5; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated sexual assault of a child; $102,000 bond.
Rafael Cervantes: Age 27; 5-foot-5; 130 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity; no bond.
