EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was airlifted after a vehicle and a semitruck collided Friday afternoon, May 9, in East El Paso, the El Paso Fire Department said.
The crash happened a little after 4 p.m. Friday at Montana and George Dieter.
One person had to be “extricated” from their vehicle and then was airlifted, the Fire Department said.
Another person was transported to the hospital via ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries, the Fire Department said.
The crash impacted traffic for about an hour, but the scene has since been cleared, according to the Texas Department of Transportation.
