EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
El Paso Police Department
Graciela Aleli Medina: Age 33; 5-foot-2; 105 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated robbery and evading arrest detention; no bond.
Michael Javier Estevis: Age 29; 5-foot-9; 180 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for cruelty non-livestock animal fail to provide; no bond.
U.S. Marshals Service
Luis Manuel Villareal: Age 31; 5-foot-9; 180 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for sex offenders’ duty to register with previous conviction IAT; $50,000 bond.
Criminal Justice Coordination Department
Gunther Jason Otto: Age 39; 5-foot-11; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated; $25,000 bond.
Isaac Gonzalez: Age 32; 5-foot-8; 200 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a peace officer or judge, resisting arrest search or transportation and interference with public duties; $15,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Edna Edith Hernandez: Age 32; 5-foot-4; 250 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for manufacture/delivery of controlled substance; $150,000 bond.
Cristobal M. Carrillo: Age 27; 6 feet; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for sexual abuse of a child continuous victim under 14 years old, and aggravated sexual assault of a child; no bond.
Michael Lewis: Age 59; 5-foot-10; 115 pounds; gray hair and brown eyes; wanted for unauthorized use of vehicle; $100,000 bond.
Leslie Yvette Ortiz: Age 30; 5-foot-3; 150 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for engaging in organized criminal activity; no bond.
Carlos Modesto: Age 40; 5-foot-8; 185 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for theft of property; $7,500 bond.
