EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Over 2,000 people are currently without power in Horizon, according to El Paso Electric’s outage map.
According to the outage map, the power outage happened at around 2 p.m., affecting 2,236 people in Horizon.
The estimated time of restoration is 3 p.m., according to the outage map.
El Paso Electric says crews have been dispatched to the area.
