The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
Criminal Justice Coordination Department
Manuel Davila Munoz: Age 48; 5-foot-4; 160 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault of a family/household member with previous conviction IAT; no bond.
Enrique Alfredo Tavares: Age 35; 5-foot-10; 195 pounds; bald brown hair with brown eyes; wanted for assault of a pregnant person; no bond.
U.S. Marshals Service
Iram Moriel: Age 56; 5-foot-4; 150 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for failure to register as a sex offender; $10,000 bond.
Gerardo Mendoza: Age 36; 5-foot-11; 210 pounds; bald hair and brown eyes; wanted for violation of conditions of supervised release; bond to be determined.
El Paso Police Department
Jesus Alejandro Magallanes Jr.: Age 21; 5-foot-9; 178 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation and assault causing bodily injury to a family member; $55,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Gustavo Arredondo: Age 27; 6-foot-1; 212 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; $32,700 bond.
Hector Daniel Castro: Age 28; 5-foot-8; 168 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for six counts of smuggling of persons for pecuniary benefit; $100,000 bond.
Mathew Banda: Age 28; 5-foot-6; 144 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and assault of a family/household member impede breath/circulation; $101,000 bond.
Ricardo Alcala Jr.: Age 34; 5-foot-6; 180 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for evading arrest, detention with vehicle or watercraft; $40,000 bond.
Virginia Irene Parker: Age 62; 5-foot-3; 135 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for burglary of habitation; $60,000 bond.
