EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A lost tortoise was reunited with its owner and is safely back home, according to El Paso Animal Services on Friday, May 23.
El Paso Animal Services said they responded to a call about a “found” tortoise who “managed to wander away from his home.”
The department said that with the help of social media, the tortoise was finally reunited with its owner.
El Paso Animal Services said a great tool to help lost pets find their way home is the free pet database Petco Love Lost.
