EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – One person was seriously hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Friday evening, June 6, in El Paso’s Upper Valley, the El Paso Fire Department (EPFD) said.
EPFD said the call came in at 8:43 p.m. at Redd Road and Doniphan Drive.
One person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, and three others refused transportation, EPFD said.
El Paso Police’s Special Traffic Investigations unit also responded to the scene.
In addition, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) said all lanes on Doniphan West at Redd are closed due to the crash.
The detour is right at the nearby shopping center, and there’s no backup. The clearing time is two hours.
