EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso, Inc. distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office weekly through the Most Wanted feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.










El Paso Constable’s Office for Precinct 3
Graciela Aleli Medina: Age 33; 5-foot-2; 105 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for robbery; no bond.
Gerardo Junior Ortiz: Age 43; 5-foot-9; 190 pounds; brown hair and black eyes; wanted for assault on a family/household member with previous conviction IAT; $200,000 bond.
El Paso Police Department
Felisa Munoz: Age 32; 5-foot-1; 150 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for aggravated assault causes serious bodily injury; $15,000 bond.
Criminal Justice Coordination Department
Carlos Santana: Age 48; 5-foot-11; 200 pounds; gray hair and brown eyes; wanted for possession of a controlled substance and evading detention; $17,500 bond.
Hector Alejandro Corona: Age 46; 5-foot-11; 190 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for assault causes bodily injury and criminal mischief; $5,000 bond.
El Paso County Sheriff’s Office
Kathyleen Campos: Age 26; 5-foot-2; 115 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for two counts of cruelty non-livestock; $10,000 bond.
Hector Daniel Silva: Age 24; 5-foot-10; 170 pounds; brown hair and green eyes; wanted for aggravated kidnapping for ransom/reward; $25,000 bond.
Alvaro Castro: Age 31; 5-foot-9; 205 pounds; brown hair and brown eyes; wanted for interfering with railroad property; $101,000 bond.
Sergio Gonzales Miranda: Age 46; 6-foot; 240 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for selling stolen regulated materials; no bond.
Manuel Chacen Mejia: Age 35; 5-foot-8; 200 pounds; black hair and brown eyes; wanted for driving while intoxicated three times or more IAT; no bond.
