RUIDOSO, New Mexico (KTSM) — The Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services is asking for your help and wants you to pitch in with monetary donations for victims of the Ruidoso floods.
According to the news release by the organization, the Salvation Army needs help with monetary donations to purchase many items, including cleaning supplies, water and hotel vouchers.
Anyone wishing to donate can visit the NewMexico.SalvationArmy.org.
The Salvation Army said they are providing emotional and spiritual support to victims and first responders affected by the Ruidoso flash flooding.
Additionally, the Salvation Army is also looking for volunteers and is encouraging the public to visit their website to sign up or contact the director of Emergency Disaster Services, Hanna Eisenberg, through email at Hannah.Eisenberg@usw.salvationarmy.org.
