KTSM News – Child Crisis Center to celebrate birthday with community event

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Child Crisis Center of El Paso is planning a community celebration for its 45th anniversary.

A community birthday party and open house will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, July 28 at 2100 N. Stevens to celebrate and honor the occasion.

The public is invited to join the celebration and learn more about the center’s history of
supporting vulnerable children and families throughout the region.

The free event will feature guided tours of the facility, offering a behind-the-scenes look at the services and impact of the Child Crisis Center over the past 45 years.

Attendees can enjoy:

  • A fun-filled birthday party atmosphere
  • Guided tours highlighting the center’s history and mission
  • Cupcakes and goodies for guests
  • Opportunities to meet the staff and learn how to get involved

“For 45 years, the Child Crisis Center has been a place of hope and healing for children in
crisis,” said Andrew Castañeda, director of operations “We’re honored to celebrate this milestone with the community that has supported us every step of the way.”
