EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man has been arrested after he displayed a knife during an altercation and then fled the scene earlier this month, Socorro Police said.
Adan Manuel Balderrama, 40, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, Socorro Police said.
Shortly before 9 a.m. on July 10, officers with Socorro Police were sent out to a report of a subject with a knife at a car wash along the 600 block of Horizon Boulevard.
According to initial reports, the man displayed a knife during an altercation and then fled.
Witnesses were able to provide police with a description of the man and the vehicle involved.
Shortly thereafter, police found the suspect near the intersection of Milo Drive and Jo Way.
He was taken into custody without incident, police said.
His bond was set at $25,000.
