FORECAST: Saturday will be mostly sunny and dry with a high of 102. The winds will be variable at 5-15 mph. The afternoon will feel hot and dry. Sunday will be partly cloudy and 99 with widely scattered showers and t-showers as the monsoon moisture returns to the El Paso area. Some storms may produce some brief, heavy rainfall. Monday will be partly to mostly cloudy with widely scattered showers and t-showers. A surge of moisture means that some t-showers may produce very heavy rainfall and cause localized flooding.
