EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The Village of Ruidoso said that parts of the area are under a flash flood warning until 7:45 p.m. Sunday evening, July 27.
The Village said the National Weather Service has updated its warning to include the Salt Burn Scar. They are not expecting to see any impacts in the South Fork Burn Scar.
The Village is warning people that if they see standing or moving water to turn around. They have also told people not to travel unless they are leaving an area that is prone to flooding or have received evacuation order.
Public cameras in the Ruidoso are are showing light but not heavy rain with wet pavement.
