SAN DIEGO (Border Report) — Tijuana police officers found human remains inside an ice chest that was abandoned along a busy roadway early Thursday morning.
Officer had responded to a suspicious “white-colored ice chest.” Investigators say someone’s extremities had been stuffed into the cooler.
They also stated a narco-message was found on the container, although what it said was not disclosed.
The Tijuana Police Department is not releasing any more information about the remains found in the portable cooler.
