Working Life is a monthly column in which Texans talk about their jobs. Stacia Damron is the founder of Austin-based Hiking in Heels, a sorority-rush coaching program. One of my earliest memories is of my mom pushing me in a stroller on the UT-Austin campus. I was mesmerized by the girls walking to class in Greek-letter T-shirts. I knew then and there what I wanted to be when I grew up: a sorority girl. Flash forward fifteen years, and I was living that dream as an officer in Delta Gamma at UT.
