EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Happy Saturday, Borderland! After a series of overcast, humid and considerably cooler days, it looks like the region is on its way back to sunny skies and above-average temperatures.
Saturday night, the final wave of moisture brings the chances for storms and scattered showers before 10 p.m. and in the early overnight hours. The low will be in the upper 60s with partly cloudy skies and light winds coming from the southwest.
From Sunday forward, El Paso will be heating up and drying out with temperatures near average for a few days before rising to the mid and upper 90s by the middle of the week.
The next forecast period is uneventful with mostly sunny skies and calm winds. Lows will primarily be in the low 70s.
