KTSM News – Double murder suspect last seen in El Paso’s Upper Valley

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A man who is wanted in connection with a double murder in Oklahoma was last seen at a Dollar General in El Paso’s Upper Valley, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety’s West Texas Region.

DPS says Jeffery Scott Baker, 35, of Clayton, Oklahoma, was last seen at a Dollar General on Upper Valley Road in El Paso County, and is wanted in connection with a double murder in Clayton.

Baker is 6-foot, 180 pounds, and has hazel eyes.

Baker is considered armed and dangerous. If you see Baker, do not approach and contact law enforcement.
