El Paso Matters wants to hear from El Paso residents, commuters and business owners about how the upcoming expansion of Interstate 10 will affect them.
The Texas Department of Transportation’s “Downtown 10” project will widen I-10 from Executive Boulevard to Copia Street in Central El Paso, one of the city’s busiest corridors. The multi-year project aims to ease congestion and improve safety, but it could also disrupt neighborhoods, businesses and daily travel.
