EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Spectrum Therapy Consultants kicked off Breast Cancer Awareness Month on Wednesday, Oct. 1, by giving a donation check to the Estela Casas Cancer Foundation.
The clinic invited KTSM’s own Estela Casas to share her journey with bilateral breast cancer.
Casas switched roles with the clinic’s owner, Sandra Terrazas, and became the interviewee instead of the interviewer.
After the presentation, Casas received the donation check for her foundation.
“Together, we are spreading awareness and supporting those affected by breast cancer. Every small effort counts! Let’s keep the conversation going and encourage early detection and prevention,” read a Facebook post from the clinic on breast cancer awareness.
