EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — One person was seriously hurt in a crash involving a pedestrian Saturday morning, Oct. 4 in far East El Paso, El Paso Police said.
The crash happened at about 5:30 a.m. at Zaragoza and Sun Fire and involved a vehicle and a pedestrian, police said.
One person was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries, police said.
Police did not say who was hurt or what led up to the crash.
The Special Traffic Investigations Unit responded to the scene to look into the crash.
All lanes of traffic along Zaragoza at Sun Fire are closed in both directions, the Texas Department of Transportation said. Clearing time is until further notice.
