EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — All lanes are currently closed on I-10 East near Downtown due to an overturned semi-truck in the area, according to the Texas Department of Transportation El Paso.
TxDOT is asking motorists to seek an alternate route. Clearing time is until further notice.
