EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Roni’s Mac Bar, the “viral mac and cheese place,” is opening its newest location in Las Cruces.

The restaurant’s grand opening celebration, taking place starting at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 1, at 2750 Mall Dr., Suite 260, will feature a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the chance for the first 100 customers to win a year’s worth of free mac and cheese.
Founded in 2022 by franchisee Jason Ross in Waco, Texas, the restaurant has quickly gained a nationwide reputation for its “mouthwatering macaroni and cheese combinations,” according to a news release announcing the grand opening.
Customers can build their own creation by choosing from a wide variety of toppings, ranging from classic favorites like chicken and bacon to more unique options such as corn or pineapple.
Following the success of the corporation’s flagship store in Waco, this Las Cruces location will be the company’s 12th franchise to open its doors.
“I couldn’t be more excited to open Roni’s Mac Bar here in Las Cruces,” Ross said. “This City has an incredible energy and sense of community, and I’m proud to be adding something new and fun to its growing food scene.”
The community is encouraged to monitor the restaurant’s social media channels, @ronismacbarcruces, for upcoming announcements, promotions, and more leading up to the opening day.
