It’s dads and grads season, and I can’t think of any two parties more interested in snacks and hearty morning meals. Thus I present to them, with love and admiration: breakfast-taco nachos. Slightly unhinged? Maybe. But it seems so obviously delicious that I’m surprised I don’t see it more often.
