Border Report – Appeals court rules judge had no power to free Mahmoud Khalil

An appeals court panel ruled Thursday that a federal judge had no power to order the release of Mahmoud Khalil, the pro-Palestinian Columbia University graduate whom the Trump administration jailed for months.
