EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) — The U.S. Coast Guard has stepped up patrols on land, air and sea near the U.S.-Mexico border.
In recent days, the Coast Guard has invited Border Report to ride along on the patrols in the Pacific Ocean, the Rio Grande and high above the Gulf.
