Along with firing a rocket launcher, the character is seen in military garb on the side of a helicopter. Three boats can be seen below the aircraft, all of which appear to carry cargo representing narcotics. One of Franklin’s rockets appears to have already struck a boat, which is seen to be in mid-explosion.
