EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) — Immigration and Customs Enforcement has released a list and photos of the 16 individuals it considers the “Worst of the Worst” criminal alien offenders arrested the past week.
ICE said each of the individuals was arrested from Aug. 3-9 all around the country, and is in ICE custody and will remain there pending immigration proceedings.
Other individuals on the lengthier “Worst of the Worst” list on the ICE website have been convicted or accused of heinous crimes and is currently in ICE custody or has already been removed from the United States.
The suspects arrested this week include sex offenders who have been convicted of rape and child sex crimes in the U.S., as well as individuals convicted of homicide and weapons charges.

Angel Manuel Marquez-Guachichulca: ICE Los Angeles arrested Angel Manuel Marquez-Guachichulca, a 45-year-old Ecuadoran sex offender, on Aug. 9. He’s been convicted of rape in Dayton, Ohio. -
Brayan Gonzalez: ICE Dallas arrested Brayan Gonzalez, a 22-year-old alien from Mexico, on Aug. 8. He’s been convicted of assault causing bodily injury in Post, Texas. -
Francisco Azono Benitez ICE Newark arrested Francisco Azono Benitez, a 34-year-old Mexican sex offender, on Aug. 7. He’s been convicted of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Camden, New Jersey. -
Ersin Doyduk ICE Newark arrested Ersin Doyduk, a violent criminal alien from Turkiye, on Aug. 7. He’s been convicted of aggravated assault and weapon possession in New Jersey. -
Catalino Rondon: ICE Philadelphia arrested Catalino Rondon, a 51-year-old citizen of the Dominican Republic, on Aug. 7. He has pending criminal charges in Pennsylvania for possessing 1.5 kg of fentanyl and a non-serialized ghost gun. -
Eduardo Soto-Fuentes: ICE New Orleans arrested Eduardo Soto-Fuentes, a 32-year-old citizen of El Salvador, on Aug. 6. He’s been convicted of carnal knowledge of a juvenile and indecent behavior with a child in Louisiana. -
Andres Guilarte: ICE Miami arrested Andres Guilarte, a 52-year-old Cuban alien, on Aug. 6. He’s been convicted of trafficking cocaine, grand theft auto, and selling an unnumbered automobile in Florida. -
Juan Ignacio Amaya-Hernandez: ICE Houston arrested Juan Ignacio Amaya-Hernandez, a 28-year-old sex offender from Mexico, on Aug. 5. He’s been convicted of indecency with a child in Texas. -
Jose Javier Romero-Hernandez: ICE Dallas arrested Jose Javier Romero-Hernandez, a 29-year-old violent criminal from Mexico, on Aug. 5. He’s been convicted of first-degree burglary, domestic assault and battery by strangulation, domestic assault with a dangerous weapon, threatening an act of violence, and malicious injury or destruction of property in Oklahoma. -
Tomas Prieto-Servin: ICE Salt Lake City arrested Tomas Prieto-Servin, a 62-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Aug. 4. He has five DUI convictions and has also been convicted of contempt of court, hit-and-run, aggravated assault and obstructing police in Washington, Idaho, Minnesota, Texas and Idaho. -
Edgar Allan Becerril: ICE Houston arrested Edgar Allan Becerril, a 35-year-old sex offender from Mexico, on Aug. 4. He’s been convicted of six counts of sexually assaulting a child and one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child in Texas. -
Israel Cobian-Sandoval: ICE Chicago arrested Israel Cobian-Sandoval, a 46-year-old violent criminal alien from Mexico, on Aug. 4. He’s been convicted of homicide in Illinois. -
Lucita Solorzano-Ortega: ICE Denver arrested Lucita Solorzano-Ortega, a 58-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Aug. 3. She’s been convicted of cruelty to a child and illegal reentry, and she’s been charged with not having a valid driver’s license in Wyoming. -
Gerrison Ivan Benitez-Galvan: ICE Dallas arrested Gerrison Ivan Benitez-Galvan, a violent criminal from Honduras, on Aug. 3. He’s been convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and illegal entry into the United States in Texas. -
Jorge Luis De Leon Gabriel: ICE Atlanta arrested Jorge Luis De Leon Gabriel, a 47-year-old criminal alien from Mexico, on Aug. 3. He’s been charged with assaulting a woman in North Carolina. -
Erwin Annabal Ramirez Castro: ICE Salt Lake City arrested Erwin Annibal Ramirez Castro, a 53-year-old criminal alien from Ecuador, on Aug. 3. He’s been arrested for aggravated assault, assault, domestic violence and robbery in Utah.
