SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — San Diego Lifeguards and area rescue crews were working to rescue a swimmer in the Pacific Ocean Saturday evening, authorities report.
San Diego Lifeguards, along with State Parks, Battalion 5, Engine 52 and Medic 24, were busy around 8 p.m. Saturday rescuing a swimmer in distress near Torrey Pines State Beach, according to San Diego Fire-Rescue & Lifeguards.
Lifeguards were working to rescue the swimmer by boat. Their condition was unknown as of Saturday evening.
