HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — The U.S. Department of State announced a Travel Advisory for the Mexican State of Tamaulipas.
The department said the advisory now sits at Level 4 and urges travelers to postpone non-essential travel due to crime and kidnappings.
The U.S. and Consulates in Mexico say to take the appropriate actions after March 24.
