EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A young woman fell off the border wall Thursday morning, May 23 in Sunland Park and suffered serious injuries, according to the Sunland Park Fire Department.
According to the Fire Department’s X account, responders were called to the border wall just after 8 a.m. on Thursday at the end of Anapra Road and West of Posey Road.

The woman was in her late twenties and was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries, according to Sunland Park Fire.
