El Paso Taxpayer Revolt – CHIHUAHUA STREET HAS BEEN REOPENED

We visited the former “Arena Footprint” this past Saturday and verified that the City has reopened Chihuahua Street.

The City has rightly left the buildings on either side of the street enclosed by fences in order to protect them from vagrants, until they can be sold to the private sector, restored, and put back into productive use.

Many thanks to Interim City Manager Cary Westin for reopening the street promptly.
